Soccer Game Preview: Bacon Academy vs. Norwich Free Academy + How To Watch

The Bacon Academy Bobcats will face off against the Norwich Free Academy Wildcats at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Bacon Academy's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for six straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Bacon Academy came into their game on Saturday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against East Lyme, falling 4-1. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Bacon Academy were already down 3-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Alex Bounas, which was the first he's scored this season.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Norwich Free Academy). They never let Killingly get on the board and left with a 5-0 victory on Wednesday. The high-scoring effort was just what Norwich Free Academy needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.

Bacon Academy now has a losing record of 4-5-3. As for Norwich Free Academy, they now have a winning record of 4-3-2.
