Basketball Recap: Hamilton Takes a Loss

After flying high against Poolville last Friday, Hamilton came back down to earth. The Hamilton Bulldogs fell 50-41 to the Early Longhorns on Thursday. The Bulldogs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Longhorns apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2020.

Hamilton now has a losing record at 7-8. As for Early, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a massive bump to their 8-7 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hamilton will head out to take on Lipan at 6:15 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for Early, they will challenge Eastland at 6:15 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
