Fulton extended their postseason success on Saturday against River Ridge/Scales Mound. They beat the Wildcats by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 3-2. Winning may never get old, but the Steamers sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

Fulton pushed their record up to 19-13 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.8 runs on average over those games. As for River Ridge/Scales Mound, with the defeat, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 11-15.

Fulton didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 6-3 loss against Marquette on the 2nd. River Ridge/Scales Mound does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
