Volleyball Recap: Mt. Healthy Beats Stivers School for the Arts for Their Third Straight Win

Mt. Healthy waltzed into their game on Wednesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the Stivers School for the Arts Tigers 3-0. That's more bragging rights for the Fighting Owls, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The final score came out to 25-13, 25-19, 25-15.

Connor Davis paced Mt. Healthy's offense, picking up eight kills. Davis got some help from Nawa Bomjan and his six assists. Bomjan was also solid from the service line: he led the team with six aces.

Mt. Healthy's win bumped their record up to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Mt. Healthy will face off against Oak Hills at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. Oak Hills will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Mt. Healthy surely won't give up without a fight. As for Stivers School for the Arts, they will host Mt. Healthy at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
