Basketball Recap: Pallotti Snags Seventh Win in Last Nine Games

Pallotti won the last time they faced McDonogh, and Arianna Harris-Mott did her part to make sure it happened again. The Pallotti Panthers snuck past the McDonogh Eagles with a 49-45 win on Friday thanks in part to Harris-Mott, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and ten boards. That's the most rebounds she has posted since back in December of 2024.

The team also got some help courtesy of Jordan Carey, who went 5 for 9 en route to 11 points. She also posted two blocks, marking her first of the season.

Pallotti is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine contests, which provided a massive bump to their 11-10 record this season. As for McDonogh, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-9.

Pallotti has already played their next matchup, a 43-35 victory against St. Mary's on the 25th. As for McDonogh, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 61-44 win against Mercy on the 28th.
