Soccer Game Preview: Otay Ranch vs. Castle Park

The Otay Ranch Mustangs are taking a road trip to take on the Castle Park Trojans at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Otay Ranch is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.5 goals per game this season.

Last Thursday, Otay Ranch and Chula Vista finished up their contest with a 1-1 draw.

Otay Ranch's goal came courtesy of Esteban Gonzalez, who's now up to eight this season.

Meanwhile, Castle Park lost 7-1 to Mater Dei Catholic on Thursday. The Trojans haven't had much luck with the Crusaders recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Otay Ranch's draw gives them a new season record of 7-6-8. As for Castle Park, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-9-4.

Otay Ranch skirted past Castle Park 2-1 in their previous matchup back in January. The rematch might be a little tougher for Otay Ranch since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
