Volleyball Game Preview: R.A. Long Lumberjacks vs. Columbia River Rapids + How To Watch

R.A. Long hasn't had much luck against Columbia River recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Lumberjacks will take on the Rapids at 7:00 p.m. After the two teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky on Thursday.

For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last four times R.A. Long and Hockinson have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Tuesday. The Lumberjacks were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Hawks. The win continues a trend for the Lumberjacks in their matchups with the Hawks: they've now won three in a row.

Meanwhile, Columbia River got the win against Woodland on Tuesday by a conclusive 3-0.

Columbia River's victory bumped their record up to 11-2. As for R.A. Long, their win bumped their record up to 9-4.

R.A. Long suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Columbia River in their previous meeting back in September. Can the Lumberjacks avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
