Football Recap: Pine Ridge Comes Up Short Despite Casence Braggs' Big Defensive Game

Thursday just wasn't the day for Pine Ridge's offense. They fell 13-0 to the Seabreeze Sandcrabs on Thursday. The Panthers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Sandcrabs earlier this season, when they won 7-6.

Even if they lost, Pine Ridge's defense still kept up the pressure with three sacks. Casence Braggs was especially locked on to Seabreeze's QB and sacked her twice. Braggs is on a roll when it comes to sacks, as she's now posted at least one in each of the last four games she's played.

Pine Ridge's loss dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Seabreeze, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-7.

Pine Ridge didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 13-0 victory against Seminole on the 7th. As for Seabreeze, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 19-6 defeat against Deltona on the 7th.
