Volleyball Recap: Lewistown Comes Up Short

Lewistown saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the East Moline United Panthers.

East Moline United was led to victory by Alaina Ketner and Alyse Merrill. Ketner had 15 digs, while Merrill had eight assists and four aces.

Lewistown's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for East Moline United, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-4.

Looking ahead, Lewistown will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Havana at 6:00 p.m. As for East Moline United, they have already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Quad Cities Christian on the 13th.
