 It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Lyons can now relate to. They fell  8-3 to the Limon Badgers on Friday. Lyons was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Limon apparently hadn't forgotten their  defeat the last time these teams played  last Friday.
 Lyons saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Harper Leino PSB, who  went 2-for-3 with a  stolen base and  an  RBI.
 Even though they lost, Lyons  hit smart and  finished the game with only one  strikeout. That's the fewest  strikeouts they've managed all season.
 On Limon's side,  the team  relied heavily on  Jordan Rockwell, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of  Lance Beedy, who  scored a  run while going 1-for-3.
 This is  the second loss in a row for Lyons and  nudges their season record down to 19-8. As for Limon, the  victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 28-1.
 Lyons does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Limon, they will be staying on the road  on Saturday to face off against Denver Christian at 10:00  a.m. Denver Christian will roll in looking for their  19th straight  win, something Limon surely won't give up without a fight.
