St. Patrick extended the longest winning streak in 8-Man Freelance (8 Man) this week by beating St. Philip Catholic Central, 34-28. The win marks 11th in a row for the the Shamrocks.
St. Patrick and the Fighting Tigers played the most hotly contested game in the league this week, with St. Patrick eventually emerging with a 34-28 victory. Collin Lay threw for 55 yards and ran for 91 yards in the win.
St. Patrick's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Shamrocks feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Lay has thrown for 793 yards and 14 touchdowns this season, while John Pline has 26 catches for 532 yards. Lay also leads the league in rushing with 1393 yards.
Patrick Russman's team led 8-Man Freelance (8 Man) in scoring this week after putting up 34 points on St. Philip Catholic Central. Lay in the win.
