Basketball Recap: King Philip Regional Takes a Loss

King Philip Regional lost against Attleboro back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The game between the King Philip Regional Warriors and the Attleboro Bombardiers didn't end well, with the King Philip Regional Warriors falling 71-56. While losing is never fun, the Warriors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts basketball rankings (they are ranked 119th, while the Bombardiers are ranked ninth).

King Philip Regional now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Attleboro, their win bumped their record up to 10-2.

King Philip Regional has already played their next contest, a 51-36 victory against Xaverian Brothers on the 26th. As for Attleboro, they will be playing at home against Durfee at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
