Grant Owens, Benton's leading hitter, solidified his role on Tuesday. Nobody could stop Owens as he went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI. He has become a key player for Benton: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 3-17 otherwise.
