Basketball Recap: Beaver Takes a Loss

Beaver lost to Laverne last Saturday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Dusters received a blow as they fell 75-59 to the Tigers. The Dusters have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Beaver's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Laverne, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-7 record this season.

Beaver will venture away from home to take on Turpin at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Laverne, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 60-36 loss against Hooker on the 17th.
