Soccer Recap: Huntley Takes a Loss

Huntley and St. Charles North squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Huntley had to settle for second. They fell 4-2 to the North Stars. That makes it the first time this season Huntley have let down their home crowd.

Liam Nixon and Cody Hammer scored both of Huntley's goals, bringing their combined season tally to eight goals.

Huntley's loss dropped their record down to 13-3-3. As for St. Charles North, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-6-3.

Huntley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for St. Charles North, they have already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Dundee-Crown on the 28th.
