Baseball Recap: Pulaski Academy Comes Up Short

After flying high against Midland last Thursday, Pulaski Academy came back down to earth. The Pulaski Academy Bruins fell just short of the Sylvan Hills Bears by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for the Bruins in their meetings with the Bears: they've now lost four in a row.

Pulaski Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pulaski Academy will take on Bismarck at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Sylvan Hills, they will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Russellville at 4:30 p.m. The last three games Sylvan Hills has played (dating back to last season) have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
