Basketball Recap: Young Women's College Prep Picks Up 12th Consecutive Victory

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Young Women's College Prep). They breezed by the Lima Christian Saints to the tune of 81-44 on Wednesday. The Griffins have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matches by 20 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Lima Christian saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Alyssa Marsh posted 29 points along with six boards and four steals. Marsh's evening made it 11 games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Abby Dils, who had four points and nine rebounds.
