Barrington's loss came despite strong showings from Carson Skinner and Robert Jensen. Skinner had 13 assists and seven digs, while Jensen had five digs and one assist. Skinner has been hot, having posted 12 or more assists the last five times he's played.

Barrington's loss dropped their record down to 17-7. As for Maine South, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-10 record this season.
