Basketball Game Preview: Everett Crimson Tide vs. East Boston Jets

The Everett Crimson Tide are taking a road trip to take on the East Boston Jets at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Everett is coming into the contest on a four-game losing streak.

Last Tuesday, Everett came up short against Newton South and fell 62-50.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask East Boston). They came out on top against Madison Park RVT by a score of 66-56 on Wednesday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Jets as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

East Boston's victory bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Everett, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-5.

Everett didn't have too much breathing room in their game against East Boston in their previous matchup back in February of 2024, but they still walked away with a 65-60 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Everett since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
