Basketball Recap: Notre Dame Comes Up Short

Notre Dame lost against Holy Trinity Catholic back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Notre Dame Nikes fell 36-27 to the Holy Trinity Catholic Crusaders. The Nikes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Notre Dame's loss dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Holy Trinity Catholic, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 10-5 record.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Notre Dame will take on Danville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Danville will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Notre Dame surely won't give up without a fight. As for Holy Trinity Catholic, they will challenge New London at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Holy Trinity Catholic is facing New London at the right time seeing as New London is stuck on an 18-game losing streak.
