Bishop McCort barely beat Westmont Hilltop the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Crushers blew past the Hilltoppers 15-5 on Wednesday. The result was nothing new for the Crushers, who have now won five games by six runs or more so far this season.

Bishop McCort's win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 9-5. As for Westmont Hilltop, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bishop McCort will head out to take on Bishop Guilfoyle at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Westmont Hilltop, they will challenge Bald Eagle Area at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Eagles have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 6.86 runs per game on average), something the Hilltoppers will no doubt try to take advantage of.
