Basketball Recap: Heritage Comes Up Short

Heritage was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were beaten by the Evergreen Plainsmen 76-26. While losing is never fun, the Timberwolves can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 292nd, while the Plainsmen are ranked 100th).

Heritage's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Evergreen, the win got them back to even at 4-4.

Heritage will square off against Prairie at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Prairie has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 181 points over their last three contests. As for Evergreen, they will take on Mountain View at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
