Basketball Recap: Plano Comes Up Short

Plano was the 65-60 winner over Johnsburg when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Plano Reapers fell to the Johnsburg Skyhawks 58-52. The Reapers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Plano's defeat dropped their record down to 14-13. As for Johnsburg, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-13 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Plano will take on Harvard at 6:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Johnsburg, they will square off against Woodstock at 6:45 p.m. on Friday. Johnsburg knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Woodstock likes a good challenge.
