Starting off the list is St. Francis's Landon Welka, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Welka threw for 212 yards and three touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes, and also rushed for 40 yards and a touchdown.

On Thursday, St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute got the W thanks in part to Domonic Cook Jr playing the best football he has all season. Cook Jr rushed for 145 yards and a touchdown on only ten carries. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making a tackle and defending a pass in addition to snagging an interception.
The win got St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute back to even at 3-3. Cook Jr and St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute are on the road again on Saturday to play Dohn Community.
