Basketball Recap: Rosemont's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Wednesday

Rosemont lost against Union Mine back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Rosemont Wolverines lost to the Union Mine Diamondbacks at home by a 56-41 margin. The Wolverines' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

The match was Cole's fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Gus Bailey, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and ten boards.

Union Mine's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Matt Manfredi led the charge by going 6 for 12 on his way to 14 points and four steals.
