Natalie Gonzalez turned in yet another pitching appearance with more than six strikeouts on Friday. She struck out eight batters over four innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits (and only one walk). That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in February.

Coming up, Gonzalez and Juarez-Lincoln will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Palmview at 6:00 p.m. Gonzalez has dominated as far as strikeouts are concerned (she's averaged 5.3 per game this season), but she's got her work cut out for her considering the Lobos have only allowed 1.93 per game this season.
