Westminster Christian had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Saturday. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Liberty Eagles. That's more bragging rights for the Wildcats, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Westminster Christian's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Vivian Sharlow, who had ten digs and ten assists. That's the most digs Sharlow has posted over her last six matchups. Rachel Buchanan was another key player, getting 12 digs and four assists.

Westminster Christian's victory bumped their record up to 15-4-1. As for Liberty, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-4-1.

Westminster Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Whitfield on the 27th. Hopefully Liberty paid attention to the Wildcats' match: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Wildcats at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
