Baseball Recap: Eastern Alamance Takes a Loss

Western Alamance hit Eastern Alamance with a four-run fifth inning on Friday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Eagles lost 7-1 to the Warriors. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Warriors recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Eastern Alamance saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Conner Horner, who went 1-for-3 with one home run.

Eastern Alamance's defeat dropped their record down to 13-9. As for Western Alamance, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-9.
