Volleyball Recap: Coolidge Takes a Loss

Coolidge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Dawson Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Yellowjackets of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-12.

Coolidge's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Dawson, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-6.

Coming up, Coolidge will venture away from home to take on Milford at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Dawson, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Penelope on the 21st.
