Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lone Grove). They blew past the Lexington Bulldogs 20-1 on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Longhorns, who have now won 13 matches by eight runs or more so far this season.

Lone Grove pushed their record up to 20-3 with the win, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.1 runs over those games. As for Lexington, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-14.

Coming up, Lone Grove will be playing in front of their home fans against Sterling at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday. As for Lexington, they will head out to challenge Dickson at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
