Baseball Recap: Central Magnet Comes Up Short

While it was Central Magnet who put the first runs on the board on Thursday, it was Wabash who put up more. Central Magnet fell just short of Wabash by a score of 8-7.

Joseph Rowell made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one double. Elijah Bonner was another key player, going 2-for-4 with three runs and one double.

Central Magnet now has a losing record of 10-11. As for Wabash, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Central Magnet will square off against Hubbard at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Wabash, they will head out to take on Cannon County at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
