Baseball Recap: Webbers Falls Takes a Loss

Webbers Falls was the 10-2 winner over Keota when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Webbers Falls Warriors fell 10-7 to the Keota Lions on Thursday. Warriors fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against the Lions since on Thursday.

This is the second loss in a row for Webbers Falls and nudges their season record down to 2-4. As for Keota, with the victory, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 1-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Webbers Falls will challenge Porum at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be Porum's first chance to prove their worth in the conference. Keota will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Arkoma at 5:30 p.m. on March 24th.
