Softball Recap: Brindlee Mountain Takes a Loss

Brindlee Mountain saw some tournament action on Saturday. They lost 14-1 to the East Limestone Indians. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Brindlee Mountain saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kaylie Mashburn, who scored a run while going 2-for-2.

Brindlee Mountain's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for East Limestone, the win keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

Coming up, Brindlee Mountain will take on Susan Moore at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for East Limestone, they will square off against Elkmont at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. East Limestone is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9 runs per game this season.
