Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Richmond). They took their contest on Wednesday with ease, bagging a 69-42 win over the Penney Hornets. The victory was some much needed relief for the Spartans as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Richmond's win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-8. As for Penney, they are on an 18-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.

Richmond has already played their next matchup, a 49-37 defeat against Excelsior Springs on the 17th. Penney has also already played their next game (against Gallatin), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
