Basketball Recap: Sabrina Anderson's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Potomac School over Sidwell Friends

Potomac School suffered their biggest defeat since December 7, 2023 on Thursday. They lost 58-35 to the Sidwell Friends Quakers. The contest marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Potomac School lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Sabrina Anderson, who posted 11 points. Another player making a difference was Zora Burrell, who earned eight points and 11 rebounds.

This is the second loss in a row for Potomac School and nudges their season record down to 4-6. As for Sidwell Friends, their victory was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-0.
