Basketball Recap: Summerfield Waldorf Comes Up Short

Summerfield Waldorf lost against Elsie Allen back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Summerfield Waldorf Mustangs were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 55-54 to the Elsie Allen Lobos. The Mustangs' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Summerfield Waldorf's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 3-4. As for Elsie Allen, they moved to 3-5 with that win, which also ended their five-game losing streak.

Summerfield Waldorf will take on Credo in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Elsie Allen, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Santa Rosa at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
