Basketball Game Preview: Grace Grizzlies vs. Soda Springs Cardinals

The Grace Grizzlies will venture away from home to take on the Soda Springs Cardinals at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Grace lost 64-38 to American Falls on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Grizzlies can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Idaho basketball rankings (they are ranked 97th, while the Beavers are ranked 31st).

Meanwhile, Soda Springs hadn't done well against West Side recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. Soda Springs snuck past West Side with a 44-38 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cardinals.

Grace has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season. As for Soda Springs, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-8 record this season.

Grace came up short against Soda Springs in their previous meeting two weeks ago, falling 54-49. Can Grace avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
