Bend is a perfect 10-0 against Summit since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Lava Bears will face off against the Storm at 4:30 p.m. Neither Bend nor Summit posted many runs in their last games, so it might be the pitching crews that decide this one.

Bend is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Ridgeview just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Friday. They lost 8-1 to the Ravens.

Bend saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Isabella Lauerman, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base.

Meanwhile, Summit and Redmond finished up on equal footing with a 0-0 draw on Friday.

Bend's loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 5-7-1. With that draw, Summit's record moves to 2-4-1.

Everything went Bend's way against Summit in their previous meeting back in May of 2024, as Bend made off with a 10-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Lava Bears since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
