Soccer Game Preview: Chapin vs. Andress

Chapin hasn't had much luck against Andress recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Chapin Huskies will face off against the Andress Eagles at 7:30 p.m. Andress took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Chapin, who comes in off a win.

Chapin's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They beat Canutillo by a goal, winning 1-0. The Huskies didn't have much to brag about two games back, but this win makes it their second in a row.

Meanwhile, Andress didn't have quite enough to beat Burges on Tuesday and fell 3-2. The loss continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Mustangs: they've now lost four in a row.

Andress' defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 8-4. As for Chapin, their victory bumped their record up to 3-7-1.
