Basketball Recap: Morgan Huskies vs. Valley Regional Warriors
Morgan blew Valley Regional out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Tuesday Valley Regional got their revenge. The Huskies fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 64-61. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Huskies have suffered since January 10, 2025.
Valley Regional was led to victory by Tavis Filacchione and Braden Evans. Filacchione went 11-for-20 to rack up 29 points, while Evans dropped a double-double with 23 points and ten boards.
