Volleyball Recap: Geraldine Comes Up Short

Geraldine lost against Hartselle on Saturday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bulldogs fell 2-0 to the Tigers.

Lana Rowell paced Geraldine's offense, picking up four kills. Rowell got some help from Kennedy Mayfield and her ten assists. Cassie Burns and Mylee Pittman kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Geraldine now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Hartselle, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Coming up, Geraldine will square off against Ashville at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Hartselle, they will challenge Sparkman at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
