Basketball Game Preview: Grace Academy vs. Memorial Christian Academy Warriors

Having just played yesterday, Grace Academy will get right back to it and host the Memorial Christian Academy Warriors at 7:30 a.m. on Friday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Grace Academy has four straight victories, Memorial Christian Academy has four straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

On Thursday, Grace Academy strolled past St. Mary's with points to spare, taking the game 69-50.

Meanwhile, Memorial Christian Academy was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Tuesday as they fell 40-35 to Methodist Children's Home.

Grace Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.3 points per game. As for Memorial Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-13.

Everything came up roses for Grace Academy against Memorial Christian Academy in their previous matchup back in January of 2024, as the squad secured a 65-24 win.
