Soccer Recap: Central Florida Christian Academy Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Central Florida Christian Academy can now relate to. They lost 8-0 to the Orangewood Christian Rams on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 584th, while the Rams are ranked 83rd).

Central Florida Christian Academy has also been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-8-1 record this season. As for Orangewood Christian, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-3-1.

Central Florida Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Orangewood Christian, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 5-0 win against Faith Christian on the 30th.
