Basketball Recap: Wilcox RVT Takes a Loss

Wilcox RVT was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They had to suffer through a 93-39 loss at the hands of the Kaynor RVT Panthers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Wildcats of the 82-48 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2022.

Despite the loss, Wilcox RVT still got an impressive performance from Joel Munson, who posted 14 points. That was a full 35.9% of Wilcox RVT's points, marking the sixth time in a row he's had more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Brady Kennedy, who put up seven points.

Wilcox RVT's loss dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Kaynor RVT, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Wilcox RVT wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 68-55 defeat against Whitney RVT on the 7th. As for Kaynor RVT, they have also already played their next matchup, an 88-62 loss against Thomaston on the 5th.
