Marshfield had to endure a seven-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They put the hurt on the Quincy Presidents with a sharp 11-1 win on Monday. The Rams' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Marshfield's victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 2-7. As for Quincy, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-8.

Coincidentally, Marshfield and Quincy will both be playing Plymouth North the next time they take the field. The Presidents will host the Eagles at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Rams will head out to face them at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
