            Baseball Recap: Marshall Barristers vs. Bell Eagles        
        
		
        
        
            
 After flying high against Bravo  on Friday, Marshall came back down to earth. The Marshall Barristers fell just short of the Bell Eagles by a score of  4-2 on Saturday. Marshall was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Bell apparently hadn't forgotten their  loss the last time these teams played  back in April of 2023.
 Marshall saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Esteban Carrillo, who  scored a  run while going 2-for-4.
 Marshall's defeat dropped their record down to 10-13. As for Bell, the  win (which was their 12th in a row) raised their record to 16-5.
 Marshall will be staying on the road  on Monday to face off against Wilson at 2:00  p.m. Wilson's pitching crew has only allowed 3.6  runs per game  this season, so Marshall's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Bell, they will head out on the road to  square off against  Roosevelt at 4:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Bell is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7  runs per game  this season.
