Volleyball Game Preview: Johnstown Sir Bills vs. Broadalbin-Perth Patriots

Johnstown is 0-10 against Broadalbin-Perth since October of 2019 but things could change on Monday. The Sir Bills will face off against the Patriots at 6:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Johnstown came up short against Mayfield on Thursday, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-17, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Broadalbin-Perth came up short against South Glens Falls on Wednesday and fell 3-1. The Patriots have struggled against the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-16, 19-25, 25-20.

Johnstown's defeat dropped their record down to 1-12-2. As for Broadalbin-Perth, their loss dropped their record down to 10-19-2.

Johnstown suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Broadalbin-Perth in their previous meeting back in September of 2024. Can the Sir Bills avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
