Oak Grove's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They put the hurt on the San Jose Bulldogs with a sharp 67-46 victory. The Eagles not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since December 10, 2024 (when they won 71-46).

John Baluyot had an outrageously good game as he posted 32 points and eight boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaden Divina, who scored 15 points.

Oak Grove's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for San Jose, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Looking ahead, Oak Grove will be taking part in a tournament against Concord at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. San Jose has already played their next game (against Mt. Pleasant), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
