Softball Recap: Ada Takes Down Montpelier in a Playoff Battle

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Ada had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Montpelier Locomotives 6-4. Six seems to be a good number for the Bulldogs as the team scooped up a win with the same number of runs in their previous game.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Ada, bringing their record up to 23-4. As for Montpelier, the loss snapped their winning streak at 14 games and leaves them with a 18-6 record.
