Volleyball Recap: Citrus Hill Takes a Loss

Citrus Hill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against the Moreno Valley Vikings, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 two weeks ago.

Citrus Hill was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Moreno Valley work for it, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 28-26, 25-15, 25-21.

Citrus Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 7-15. As for Moreno Valley, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-17.

Citrus Hill has already played their next match (against Vista del Lago), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Moreno Valley, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 victory against JW North on the 1st.
